Our Approach

We’ll learn about your business as much as you let us know. With excellent care, we’ll move your business forward with the following steps.
All six steps do not apply to all our services. For example, if you want UX service only, there is no development phase.

Problem

We’ll first look into your business. We will look into your challenge if you know that you have one. If you don’t know what your challenges are yet, we’ll find out what you’re doing wrong or what you’re missing. And we’ll point you in the direction of possible solutions. The best part is that we will do this for you for free.

Strategy

Then, if you want to continue with us, we’ll start to dig deeper. We’ll research for the best solution and then plan the strategies. Also, we’ll co-create some personas and test our solution for them. After this, you’ll get a plan for how to move forward. If you’re happy with everything, we’ll move on to the next step.

Prototyping

In this step, we’ll get the team and the resources ready. Then we’ll create a prototype, wireframe, or MVP. Our team will test them and change them iteratively. And if you tell us to make more changes, we’ll keep doing so until you’re happy. After this phase, we are ready to develop the product or apply the strategy.

4. Development

During this phase, our developer team will use the prototype or MVP to develop the final product. Or, the final design will be made by our designer. Or, our marketing team will apply their actions. Or, our team of business automation experts will start running your store. During this phase, you will receive whatever service you requested.

5. Test & Delivery

The delivery of your item or service will actually happen. After that, we will test it and fix any bugs or faults that we find. You’ll receive all the post-delivery actions that you may require. When you have reached a point of satisfaction with the quality of our service or product, this phase will end.

6. Case Study

We’ll make a case study about the service you’ve received from us. There will be a record of what we did and why we did it. You’ll be able to see everything we did during the whole process. We believe that we should be able to show you everything you paid us for. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
